Fall Groups On Ramp is happening soon!

HighRidge Groups are a great place to build community and grow in your walk with Christ which will help each of us Know God and Make a Difference.

Our fall groups On Ramp kicks off August 30th and goes through September 13th!

Each week, groups will have tables set up in the lobby for you to visit with leaders, get more information about groups, and get signed up for the fall semester.

We can't wait for you to find community in one of our groups this fall semester!

"When we started attending small groups, we felt like we were part of a healthy community again."

"Groups have meant community. They push you out of your comfort zone into better relationships."

- HighRidge Group Member

"I've learned so much about our Lord and grown in my relationship with Him. There is something about studying the Word with other believers that enhances all that you learn. Iron sharpens iron. A side benefit are the lifelong friends that I've made!"

FAQS

What exactly is a group?
Groups at HighRidge are a place to connect, grow, and do life together. They create space for people to build meaningful relationships, grow spiritually, and encourage one another through every season of life. Groups meet in homes, coffee shops, local businesses and other places where people can connect. Groups meet different days of the week at different times.
How do I join a group?
At the beginning of each semester, we have On Ramp. On Ramp is where you can browse tables in our lobby, meet different group leaders, and sign up for a group for that semester. If you missed On Ramp, there are a variety of ways you can get involved at HighRidge (Membership Class, Foundations Class, Serving). If you'd like to join a group mid-semester, reach out to Pastor Kyle or Mike & Martha Green and they can help get you connected.
What do you actually do in a group?
Every Group at HighRidge is unique. Some Groups discuss the Sunday message or walk through a Bible study together. Others serve together in our community, share a meal, play games, or simply spend time doing something they enjoy together. Whatever the focus, every Group has two things in common: meaningful relationships and conversations that help us grow in our faith. Groups are a place to be known, encouraged, challenged, and supported as we follow Jesus together.
Do I have to stay in the same group every semester or can I shop around other groups?
You can absolutely "shop around" for different groups. Not every Group will be the perfect fit, and that’s okay. Give it time, extend grace, and keep looking for a place where you can connect and grow. It’s also common to change Groups each semester, even if you loved your previous one! Trying something new helps us meet new people, grow in different ways, and avoid getting too comfortable. The goal isn’t the perfect Group, it’s finding people to do life with and grow together.
What types of groups do you have at HighRidge?
We have a variety of groups at HighRidge. We have sermon based groups, mission groups, interest groups (hobbies), grow groups (certain topics or Bible studies), women's groups, men's groups, and couple's groups.
What if there isn't a group that I'm looking for?
We provide people with multiple ways to get connected at HighRidge, even if you don't find a group to attend. We have multiple classes and areas to serve at HighRidge.
